Thank you for clarifying the recent confusing legislative changes. As a CNS in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing who does not prescribe I especially appreciated the paragraph that spelled out independent practice. As a nurse I applaud all efforts to keep nurses working under the BON. The joint boards are unnecessary and and seemed derived from the patriarchy. It is clear you worked hard on the drafts and you have my heartiest thanks and congratulations.
